Leggings are great. Got myself Bikepants from GORE and they were essentially just thermo leggings with windstopper and reflective parts
No it is actually really easy to get ammo. Just need a "Strafregisterauszug"(extract of criminal record) and you are good to go and buy ammo

More because of the mandatory Army Service. After you are done with that, you can keep your Gun or Rifle for about 30-100 CHF.
