Latitudes that this does not apply to, parts of southern China are paler, aboriginal people in Tasmania are darker than they 'should' be
I was reading Jarad Diamond recently and he was saying that this may not be the case as there is incidents of people at lower/higher 1/2

God I hate temple bar. Dublin is one place I would recommend people to avoid if visiting Ireland. Try Cork or Galway , so much more genuine
