That's why they play the game, cuz they know that the fines they pay will be much smaller than the amount of money they made grifting. He'll pardon himself and his people on the way out, and none of them will ever see a day of retribution.

Sorry, I just don't think it's that clear. I have friends and family who voted for this pig, and they're too old / stupid to see reason. They're furious we're in a new war, furious inflation is rising, and unemployment is rising, and fuel is rising... But when I say, "midterms are coming, you can vote to end this," they're answer is always, "I can't vote for a Democrat.". That's what we're up against. Blind faith and allegiance to the lies and propaganda they've been fed. I'm not hopeful.
