I earned my PHD in Oceanography from University of Alaska Fairbanks. My research takes me to amazing places like the Arctic Ocean and coastal Alaska. I get to explore Alaska with my loyal and very good boy, Odin; a Bernese Mountain Dog. He’s my adventure buddy and keeps me smiling when times are stressful. Surprisingly, I joined Imgur the day Odin was born. Must have been faith.

This! If you love your pets STOP feeding them kibble!!! It’s all highly processed at ultra high temps, removing all the natural nutrients from the “food”. While you’re at it, look at the ingredients of their treats and supplements. They’re full of toxic substances and seed oils. Do this and maybe we’ll see less heartbreaking posts about pets having cancer and dying at a young age.
