I was also do a calorie loss previously and was having trouble losing weight. When i switched to no processed food i felt less bloated also
You can thank 2 leg days a week for that lol. But tbh i iust wanna lost my tits ??
I cut out processed food , i think mostnofbit was just like crap from the food i was eating.
Yah it was only a month, the weird thing is all i did was cut out processed food and go to the gym 4 days a week, no starving involved!
