Commissar John Fuklaw is a commissar attached to the Angry Marines chapter, trained by Commissar Raege. The Angry Marines have a Commissar because Fuklaw was too damn angry to be put anywhere else. After the Angry Marines saw him in action, they started recruiting from his homeworld. Since the Angry Marines are too skull-on-dick insane to retreat, he rarely has any problems with morale issues with them, and has adapted his role to inspire greater levels of rage in his comrades. In short, being out-done by a shiteating old man pisses the Angry Marines off to no end and drives them to fight even harder. The people who used their work and are profitting off of it without license or sharing said profits. That should upset people more than someone trying to assert a claim over ownership of their work and the profits derived from said work.
If someone is trying to sell a product and they don't protect their intellectual property, especiaally relying on art related too the product to fund the development of said product... well, I wish them luck, but that's not good business. Not protecting the IP is what caused the situation described in this post. You can't maake everyone happy all the time, and the people they should focus on are the people working on development and the fans of THEIR work.

I enjoy Ukraine sticking it to the Russians (the government).
