He's PARTIALLY correct... in Canada, some people have to wait for non-life threatening surgeries like hip replacements (I have a relative who was on a long waiting list, but more like 18 months, not 30 years LOL) Again, it's not a PERFECT system. But when you need it, it's there. At least that's my experience.
