Etsy are useless and their protection system is either non existent or a joke. I had my account accessed from halfway across the globe, an item bought from America for £200 that had been listed for 1 day with zero sales. To be shipped to Australia. They didn't think any of this was suspicious and in the end my bank had to gey involved after I sent them the etsy chats. If I can see the IP and devices why can't etsy flag them as suspicious
