The bigger issue is when magnets are in the system at separate times/separate places but then attract to each other leading to the rearranging of or pinching of internal organs. This can happens with children as well. That's why you gotta be vigilant with those who don't know the dangers.

My partner worked in toy design for years. Magents kids can swallow are a huge health risk because they can cause massive internal injuries and basically every toy designer knows to avoid designing a toy where this can happen.
