How do you keep the grout from cracking with this thing shaking and bouncing down the road? Wanna do similar and know there’s gotta be tip??

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It doesnt. We have been on the road for 5 months and not 1 crack. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Very nice. It seems you are missing out on a fair amount of storage space underneath.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How so? We have tons of storage and its the max we could fit. There are tanks underneath. Sewage, gas, storage boxes.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

it appears that additional side access storage boxes could be mounted in between the door and the existing boxs and behind the wheel. No?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Safe to assume it's got AC

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yes, @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

... do want.

7 years ago | Likes 214 Dislikes 0

Me too

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I want a motel that I can rent for a week. I work from home and i want to make sure I could still work and live in this setup.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My only issue is that it seems like is weighted very unevenly with the whole kitchen on one side and the other side empty

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Where does the poop go?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

IN a POOP tank! @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Black Tank underslung sometimes, or Compost Toilet or Cassette Toilets are popular in Europe.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I see a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and where is the living room? Just that couch?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

wondering if they need some crazy suspension, or different coils on each side due to the weight difference.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, its under weight. its 23,563. the GVW is rated at 30klbs @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How do you climb down the bed?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So... about 20 gallons to the mile, I'm guessing?

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

11. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I want this. How extraordinary

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

@going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Live modest in this 180k bus!

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

180? AHH @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Where do you hide the generator and the propane, water, & sewer tanks?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Generator is on the back, propane is under, water is under the bed, sewage under the toilet under bus. @going_boundless for more pictures.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Haha I like the front door! Nice touch!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks! @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Makes me think how heavy the bus is and how bad it is for the engine, wheels and mileage.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

23,563 lbs. its under weight. the GVW is rated for 30,000 lbs

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

@going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh good!! I was worried it would be too heavy :)

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nicer than my house....

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean that’s nice until it gets rear ended and then it isn’t

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

Just call William Mattar

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Have you ever driven behind a school bus? Anything less than another bus or a big truck is going to go right under the back end.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Who the hell picked out that bathroom floor tile ?!?!

7 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 16

Painted cement tile is super popular right now.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As someone who recently tiled two showers, that’s some pretty impressive tile work in the shower.

7 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Given the use of small amounts of multiple styles, I'm guessing OP bought supplies at a local building supplies recycler, or at end of lot

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

clearance sales. Habitat for Humanity ReStores always seem to have a lot of less popular tile styles in amounts barely too little to tile

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

your average bathroom. Using them for a tiny bathroom like this makes sense.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I love the tile.

7 years ago | Likes 58 Dislikes 1

Same

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

As do I

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

And I

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I’m more curious as to why the bathroom has a door with a window and blinds?

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You want natural light except when you poop.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes! @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Likely because there's a window in there, so light can come through when the door is closed

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Its for natural light. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That person has no dryer?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I am living in a flat and don't have one. The sun dries clouthes for free.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

combo unit! @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why is there a washer but no dryer?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Air dry?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

steam. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2 in 1 machine

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Combo unit. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Its a combo unit.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

How do you make the bed?

7 years ago | Likes 159 Dislikes 5

Very carefully

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

With great difficulty I’d imagine

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'd imagine wood, some metal...probably some screws.

7 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

the drawers probably pull out into steps

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

@going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Its not that hard. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Roll from the front to the back. Bed burritto style

7 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

....well thats better then what I've been doing for years

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Can you do laundry without it being connected?/has to be?

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

yes but it uses a ton of water. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Probably has hookups and a fat generator

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I imagine they put a generator underneath the back-side, with the water tanks.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Actual brick, as if the bus doesnt already get terrible mileage let's make it even heavier

7 years ago | Likes 150 Dislikes 28

Hey there this is my bus! It doesn't effect the milage. We are under the GVW limit by 6k lbs.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

@going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sure, but its also not full of shit head kids now either, im betting its a wash

7 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 3

Real brick, real tile... they probably use cast iron pans, too. No point in only going half-in.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lol. its still under weight by 6k lbs @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That’s veneer, not actual brick. It’s still heavy but a whole lot lighter than brick and acts as a needed heat shield for that stove/heater

7 years ago | Likes 99 Dislikes 0

you are correct! @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pretty sure it is meant to be a tiny house that is only moved occasionally.

7 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

We drive it across country!

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

@going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My 32,000 lb bus gets 10 mpg. 12 on flat land.

7 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Yeah but carry a bunch of fat kids - cuts down on the MPG.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

I added about 15,000 lbs to its empty weight. Built in generators, stainless steel appliances, a 40 ft redwood deck on a steel roof rack.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Like my old Blazer...full time 4WD.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Is that 10 on a big hill or like anything above flat ground but below steep hills(so sorta normal driving conditions).

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

10 with normal driving conditions. Steep rolling hills with long periods of uphill will be closer to 8 miles. 12 with no hills.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Not bad all things considered for a bus that big. I expected 6 on steep hills. What engine?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

How do you get on the bed?

7 years ago | Likes 127 Dislikes 7

Hey there this is my bus! the bottom drawer is a step @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Running jump

7 years ago | Likes 62 Dislikes 0

this also works! Bottom drawer is a step though. @going_boundless for more pictures on instagram.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Be tall

7 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

This. Don't be short.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Carefully.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

not being fat helps

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The drawers below are likely steps.

7 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 0

Or at least reinforced to use the handles as a ladder.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Climb?

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Ahem "YEET"

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Upper body strength. You never pushed yourself on top of the counter to get some snacks as a kid?

7 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

It looks to be 4' high, so I'm guessing just a little hop. Or maybe one of the drawers is a step

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

More importantly, how do you have bent-over-the-bed sex?

7 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

Asking the real question

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Came here to say this exactly! Top comment. +1

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

While the washer is on a spin cycle ;-)
