Accents and dialects in real life can be amusing, too. I am from the US. In the mid-80s I lived in Germany with my now ex who was in the USAF. After living in Germany for 3 years, I went to Scotland and was happy I wouldn't need to do mental translations as much. Then I asked for the time at a bus stop and got the answer in Broad Scots that, if I didn't see her watch, would have made no sense to me.

Y'all, corporations lowered quality standards to save themselves a buck, so fast-food corporations are a given, but even sit-down restaurants who use corporate suppliers put out worse food because of worse ingredients.
Because a lot of things that tastes great are unhealthy, either deep fried, very oily or a lot of sugar. I'm just basing on this logic LOL. Tbf tho, there ARE things that tastes great and are just as healthy, but usually these are not as convenient in comparison.
There is a shawarma place around the corner. There is a Shelby's Shawarma near the mall. I've not seen any of its kind around here advertising "donair"; always "shawarma".
