International: 7-8 depending on location.

Scale has been adjusted to a range of 7.8 to 8 on 4/10/2020 due to continued spread within the United States, and multiple states implementing quarantine procedures enforced with fines.
It is worth noting that at a national, FORCED quarantine (not suggestion), the scale would stop at 8 unless widespread supply chain disruption occurs.

If you are in a state or country with a mandated (not suggested) quarantine, the scale would be an 8. Not leaving unless getting groceries, but shelves are still full.

Prusa is a 3D printer manufacturer and has released files publicly available to 3D print face shields to medical providers. There is a Slack volunteer group in the US called masksfordocs trying to organize and direct delivery of these 3D printed masks to hotspots and areas in dire need of PPE.
