Almost nothing - likely just an aluminium sleeve to hook into the head, a lightweight fibreglass shell to carry the gloss, and the rest is likely expanded foam. Maybe 1-2kg each tops. The real mass would be the latex on his face - that stuff is WAY heavy.

A ton of latex and makeup, full chest and arm pieces, 18" stilts to giive him the achieved height, along with the 3 foot horns and required a support bracket in the back for movement and balance. It took 6 hours to get him camera ready and even when he was done shooting for the day he had to soak in a warm bath for any hour to loosen up the gum and makeup base or risk flaying his skin off if he was hasty.

It’s actually not solid latex, it’s foam latex, lighter and softer than couch foam. It’s often used for bigger makeup applications like weight gains and aliens. It also absorbs sweat like a sponge

Unlikely to use foamed latex is such a large void - it's cheaper, faster and more reliable to grab a can of expanding foam from the hardware store. (Context: Spent MANY hours in prosthetics and make-up for the first LotR trilogy. First-hand experience making and wearing such items.)

just leverage in general. Easiest example is to pick up a broom and hold it horizontally with one hand. Compare holding the middle to holding an end.
