I've never played Fallout. Can someone explain what's going on here? Why avoid the ammo? Can you not get ammo and toilet water?

sometime the difference can be the size of a pixel, i think the idea of the comic was to get ammo/avoid water & accidentally gets water 1/2
water typically adds to your health, however certain locations have radioactive water, still get a health gain, but also radioactive gain
The area to click to get the ammo is right next to the area to click to drink the water, so you have to be careful not to accidentally drink
