As a personal trainer with female clients-100% this is what they want. I preface every interaction with “is it ok that I watch your butt?”

we have to not sexualize this. Its about fitness, not that gloriously impressive booty

The pattern on those leggings looks like charge accumulation on powder coat. They also look soft.

@OP what'm I supposed to do instead of situps/crunches nowadays?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How do I know if these are effective?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

I'm all for black lives matter but sometimes a social message is not well represented by being in the credits of a video

Don't skip glute day

I’ve seen these same moves before done in some movies... they looked really intense... they were all nekkid and moaning and praising God...

None of those work your glutes, though. Are squats just not a thing people do anymore?

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 9

Hip thrusts do work out your glutes. Not the same way squats do, but they definitely do. They can also help posture etc.

Um, you do those hip thrusts and tell me your ass isn't sore the next day.

Remember folks, these are good for posture and preventing an overarched back too! Not just thicc booties. Don't be ashamed :)

Can confirm, just finished 2 years of PT and we mainly worked on posture after the first year. I feel and sleep so much better now.

It makes a huge difference! My lower back pack went away when I got to straighten it out a bit.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Right? I always thought standing up straight went with sticking your butt out. Nope. Definitely does not.

I still have some work to do and sitting around during lockdown hasn't helped, but I'm working on it!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's the perfect time! I'll be watching TV and just start doing my hip and core exercises. It's become almost a habit.

Plus, who doesn’t like a nice ass? Ladies and guys love em.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Im in the same boat friend. Most people think being tall is all different weather and basketball, but most don't know about the crispy knee
