My local theater had a 6' tall Totoro cardboard cutout for a recent Ghibli festival. I asked what was going to happen to it when the festival was over and long story short there is a 6' tall Totoro in my home office.

There was an old Mystical Ninja game for the N64 called "Goemon's Great Adventure" that had a bus stop like this one on one specific level. If you waited there until a certain time at night a bus would show up and take you to a spooky village.

It's definitely a great game. The Mystical Ninja series started out with two player side scrolling games on the SNES. Then they made the first 3D game of the series on N64 a single player game that was more along the lines of Mario 64 than what fans were used to, so there was apparently a bunch of negative feedback for that game (I loved it though). The one I mentioned above was the sequel and returned to the two player side scrolling style.

It’s that or a 3-4 hour drive all the way down the peninsula and around the tail end of Puget Sound and then back up from Tacoma to Seattle. So…yeah, it’s pretty far, the ferry actually makes it feel closer than it really is.

As someone who drives between SeaTac and Silverdale on a regular basis, the drive between Pier 50 and the Bainbridge ferry terminal via Tacoma would be about 2 hours.

Still doesn’t make Aberdeen or Forks “suburbs of Seattle.” They’re not even in the same region of the state, let alone the same metropolitan area. Like saying Glasgow, Scotland is a “suburb of London.”

Right but Golden Gardens is an hour away from Rainier Beach, both are in Seattle. So taking issue with a location that is 30 minutes away from the Coleman Dock on Seattle's waterfront being called "near Seattle" is pretty fucking pedantic, wouldn't you say?
