I have had leg cramps in the middle of the night. Painful ones so bad they seriously were harming my sleep. I was told by a friend to try drinking some pickle juice the next time. For me it was instant relief. I mean that I could feel it loosening up by my third sip. It sucks walking to the kitchen all groggy, and I dislike drinking the juice, but if I can do a couple of shots of tequila, I can take the juice! No hint of it as a cure on any first page results on ddg.

All you need is some potassium I guess. Pickle juice will do that for you lol

You have an electrolyte imbalance. Probably something to talk with your doc about sometime. Also, pickle juice is delicious.

You could go to Pittsburgh this weekend for the Picklesburgh Festival.

In a pinch, mustard works too. Some of my dialysis buddies keep a packet of it with them during treatments.

Look up the "Pickle Juice Game." That's how the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Dallas Cowboys 41-14.

LOL, wish I'd heard of it before,

They also beat them because Dallas sucks.

And you're not just posting this to trick other people into drinking pickle juice?

Promise I am not. Take a GNC supplement pack nightly, so i'm pretty sure I have MG and K. I had eaten a banana that night. its a miracle!

Forgive me for being skeptical, it just sounds like the kind of thing people would suggest as a prank lol

I was thinking the potassium, that is one of the big causes of muscle pains. and weakness/fainting
