Crumb coating (aka pretending like I know what the hell I'm doing)
Most beautiful, perfectly frosted cake I've ever done. I chalk it up to my new rotating plate.
And then covered it all up in coconut.
Three delicious layers. This cake lasted less than 48 hours lol
