Which is totally true. Just three nights ago, we had turned off the lights, and then heard a repetitive "clink" coming from somewhere else in the house. My husband said, "He's just playing with something." I listened and said No. Sure enough, our male cat was on the counter, rhythmically licking the pan we had cooked sausages in, and hadn't washed yet.
This has absolutely happened to me.
And a Cat Tax — Our void Rona (short for "Corona" as we got her in the pandemic). Our grey cat's name is "Covie", short for... you guessed it! LOL
He always has stuff to say ;-)

My void, Little Weasel, doesn't make any noise. When she meows, she just opens her mouth, but no sound comes out. She is, however, one of the sweetest and nicest cats I've had. There's photos of her on my Imgur page.
