Not all animals mind captivity, some like having absolute safe spaces and an effortless supply of food. The assumption that everything has innate wanderlust is a little too human, I think

Looking at the background in the first part of the video, that's probably some kind of sanctuary or rescue spot for animals, not a zoo or tourist trap. Yes the animals are in an enclosure, but that might be for their protection. Now I am just speculating on all this, I DO NOT know any of that for sure. I have seen similar videos made at known animal sanctuaries, that aren't there to exploit the animals. Professional handlers and vets that are there to care for the animals.

Generally those do not handle the animals like this. I don't think this cat's drugged (I think it's weird people always jump straight to that; it's not common). I do think it's not a reputable zoo or sanctuary, most likely. Probably private zoo/private owners
