My Italian wife’s plan for a Christmas feast

Brine the turkey and bake the cookies today. We’ll decorate the cookies tonight. Tomorrow will be the rest of the prep, but the main event will be making the traditional ravioli from scratch for Christmas Eve dinner. Cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning, followed by roasting the turkey, and lots of booze throughout.
