THIS IS NOT POV. Also...

Admittedly I was pretty worried seeing a tiny dog moving towards a massive moving vehicle known to have large blind spots. Fortunately the dog was smart enough to sit until the truck stopped moving.

My dog is completely braindead around moving vehicles. Fortunately I discovered that with a bicycle rather than a truck, but yea.

Every day, we should do everything we can to prove that we deserve dogs. Every single day.

I try my best. I'm on garbage picking duty 24/7 while out (just gloves and a spare recycling bag needed), and I always carry emergency kit and basic first aid for wild animals. I do not care if humans think picking up choking hazards and freeing snared pigeon feet is dumb, only dog can judge me.

My understanding is that we deserve dogs because the dogs said so.

4 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They say so even when they shouldn’t. Some of us are real shitholes.

4 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don’t have one but I carry dog treats in my pocketbook or pockets(depending on the season). All the neighborhood dogs know this. I I don’t spoil them who will?

Does “POV” stand for “presenting original video” or something now?

5 days ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 4

No, people just refuse fact now. Anti-vaxxers, climate change deniers, and "that phrase POV doesn't actually have a defined meaning, I can use it however I want. POV I'm being oppressed." all ring pretty much the same to me.

It's obviously shot from the point of view of the person holding the camera

Power over Vechna

"POV" and "perv" are probably the most misused words today.

5 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Gooner too. It has become slang for literally anyone finding anyone else attractive.

Nothing about stating pov ever strictly defined what its use was about. We are seeing a pov. It's just not 1st person view. It's really not a big deal

A POV shot is a shot from the POV of the subject which had the view. A point of view from the shore is to look from the shore - not looking at someone, even if the someone is looking from the shore. A POV of "your best friend coming home" is from the view of the individual whose best friend is coming home. I'm not looking at a nest friend coming home, I'm looking at the reaction of someone whose best friend is coming home. "MRW my best friend comes home." Words have meaning.

I mean "point of view" is a pretty specific description of what it is - the subject (1st person) is implied

5 days ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I thought it stood for Pulmonary Occluded Vein.

5 days ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Always thought it was point of view 🤔

5 days ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

It is point of view don't know what they are talking about

5 days ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

They were asking it sarcastically since hardly anyone uses POV correctly anymore.
