iirc, he gave himself an honorary one from his country's university. Though, technically, he has none. He studied alongside Reed in college but an experiment blew up in his face, disfiguring his face, and he fled the country. So he actually never officially got a doctorate. He is still incredibly intelligent and could have one if he actually desired to obtain it.
