Usually when baseball stadiums have dog friendly days they have sections available to them away from non dog fans which usually are also shared with some of the cheap hotdog promotion sections. At least in a few stadiums I've been in that's how it is done, everyone is happy and not blowing $75 to hang out with your own dog and watch your crappy local team lose. You have to sneak in your own cheap booze though.
