Deception with a lol.
There were three of them working the store together. Figured I'd give them something warm on a freezing cold night. When I went outside, there was only one of them there while the other two cycled in to warm up. Gave him the chicken. He said thanks. No smile, no eye contact. Thanks. Good enough I suppose for an $11 chicken. I get to my car and he grabs his shit and takes off in a hurry. Thinking he burnt his other two buddies? lol.
