Yeah I’m not convinced 2024 was a fair election anyways. In fact I find it kinda mind boggling that Dems refuse to call it out or even investigate it. Trump & Elon admitted it themselves it was rigged.

The trend has started. Let's keep it rolling!

Great, but now you need to KEEP that seat for like 20 years. All these little victories are great but I really worry we won't give them time to actually make any changes

That's what I'm afraid of, too.

"Martinez's win is not a flip since Democrats already held the seat, but Republicans had seen it as a prime pickup opportunity since Mr. Trump won the district three times. Her win was a 37-point swing from the 2024 results, although the district has voted for Democrats at the state and local levels previously."

Yup, not a flip. But that 37 points swing is fucking huge, and it's clear that there are more to come.

An example of red states actually being purple when people vote. This being a special election is notable, too. They usually have low voter turnout.

And proof laid for when it suddenly swings 50pts the other direction in November.

Every accusation is a confession with them

In a seat vacated by a Dem and always held by a Dem.

Trump says "It doesn't matter" in 3...2..1.

No, it does matter. Not because of seats or Congress or anything like that - because when that (and all the other districts that have shown how damn blue they really are) are suddenly 20pt swings back in the red in November... Well then you can either say "people realtl want this shit head"

Or you can understand that people - even left wing people - don't change their minds and opinions that fast. And then you know where to look for evidence of the rigged elections

I hate to sound like a 1\2

Nutjob but they literally bought Dominion Voting Systems. They own the damn machines. Elon said it out loud. Fuckface thanked Elon for it. They're calling election officials in unprecedented meetings to talk about "election security" and we damn well know ICE fucks will be there kidnapping people and blocking others. More people voted than were registered in every swing state

They're gonna rig the election and not by a small amount. No barely taking a few stare, the whole damn thing.

Yarp. They've been cheating for decades now, but now they know how to actually get away with it. It wouldn't surprise me if we see a 'landslide victory' for the republicunts. I'm also hesitantly curious about how the backlash is gonna look when his dumbass name appears on the ballot. I know the majority of the republicunts dont give a shit or even know about the two term limit, but still. He's mentioned it before, let's see if anything happens when it comes time for the elections.

More like he is trying to think of a reason to cancel the midterms so he isnt impeached by a Dem supermajority.

likely Trump will send his goons around to collect all the ballots so he can declare a the count was wrong and that the Republican actually won. if the Republican had any honour he'd back the actual winner. but he won't.

Their opinion doesn't actually matter, so that wouldn't accomplish anything. The federal government doesn't actually have any authority or control over elections. So they can claim whatever they want, and the state will simply ignore them.

it's going to take a couple of runs through the Supreme Court to even get close to Trump realizing that the elections are state run and then he'll do what he wants anyway. he thinks he is the King of America and a few other places as well. he's already been ignoring courts decisions so what's one more.
