For YEARS. Until she heard my frustrated scream and the thud of a doll hitting the yard outside the nearest window and couldn't hold back the giggles.
This! He ripped something out of her hands and threw it into a storm drain. Who the fuck does that to someone? Sounds like his parents hadn't taught him not to be an asshole to others, so the little girl chose to. Good for her.
My sister definitely climbed in through the back dog door to get into my house once (it was fine, I just wasn't home yet and her flight had been moved to the next day). The dog was 130 pounds, but he knew her so he snuggled up to her. A stranger would have been eaten. I guess it helps that the neighbor's dog would recognize her.

No, she's awesome. The parents weren't doing their job of teaching their kid not to steal things from other people and be respectful of others. So, she stepped up and did it, and the world will be a better place because of it.
