I am 100% certain this has NOTHING to do with intimidation tactics or even possibly causing a delay in the case... /s

I read he fell asleep during court today.

He just wants to stand up once in a while so he doesn’t fall asleep.

How many of them in that close proximity are going to ask "what is that smell?"

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

One of the drowsy day dreaming juror thoughts.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Isn't that what you hire lawyers for? Does he hot have confidence in his (on) crack legal team?!?!

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

According to CNN "Donald Trump's lawyers told the court that former president changed his mind about wanting to be at sidebars." I guess it might interfere with his nap time.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Why would a juror be involved in a sidebar? Aren't they between attorneys and judges?

He would have to wake up first.

If I was in the jury I would every once in a while stare at this mo-fo with deep intent and with the slightest of micro level movements, shake my head left and right.

Is the judge in this case in control over the courtroom or not? Because if they give in to this man-baby's whims, they are very much not demonstrating authority over their courtrooms & we should absolutely be questioning their abilities. A defendant making these types of requests shouldn't even be entertained. Is the judge able to do the job of keeping the trial on track, or not?

Spitting distance...?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I feel sorry for the USSS

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just wait until he's about a foot away and start making retching noises. Oh.. my God.. he smells like... gulp... you fed a baby old taco bell burritos... hurk... oh Jesus it's up my nose.. I can't get that out... oh lord Bailiff shoot me please.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Uh, isn't he a COVID risk?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

how would that not be interfering or tampering?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

...they'll be able to smell him up close and personal and will vote guilty, guilty of having them exposed to the stench.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He wants to intimidate the witnesses, and to post their details so his followers can attack them...

2 years ago | Likes 82 Dislikes 0

I wouldn't be surprised if he wore a small hidden camera to get their faces

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Wouldn't be surprised either, and nothing would be done about it, as usual... No one wants to appear political by punishing him, so they are actually being political by letting him get away with stuff that would have a normal person locked up...

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Whatever shred of human decency that he may have had has been gone a long time if he even had any to begin with. I could look that motherfucker Square in the eye and consent to the death penalty and not break eye contact

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a potential juror, it would absolutely be worth a contempt charge, even an assault charge, if I could throat punch him, just once...

Do you all remember watching coverage of Saddam Hussein's trial? It was all in Arabic, but subtitled and such. The manner with which Hussein behaved himself during that trial is how Trump would like to express himself outwardly during this thing, and everything about the American system that prevents him from doing so is killing him right now.

Delay tactic: when the judge refuses, he’ll litigate it, stopping the trial until it’s decided

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Anytime tRump wants, calls for, or demands, it should be an automatic "NO."

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Intimidation tactic."If I win I will remwmber you".

2 years ago | Likes 122 Dislikes 0

Well, let's make sure he looses then

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Since he's notorious for not paying his debts, why would I (supposing I'm a juror) let him win?

2 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

"if you don't, I have a few hundred red hats that want to visit your house"

I mean.... maybe. But he will know their names. The legal teams gets that information so they can object to jury selection.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He can barely remember his name

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

"I'll remember all of you! You there, Woman.. man.. camera... TV!"

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"If I win I will remwmber uwu".

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Good, remember me. I want you to know it was me when you lose" well, either that or "Awww, are you cranky from missing your nap?"

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

his response "enjoy the visit of a couple of hundred red hats at your home"

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Good. He's not a lawyer, and he's not particularly smart. The potential upside for him is zero, the potential downside is huge. He can run thru their strike list early, and if we're lucky earn a contempt charge in the process.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

The upside for him is he can intimidate the jurors...

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Donny comitting actual crimes during his own trial in the actual courtroom would be AWESOME. Maybe he could light something on fire too, that'll help.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

He keeps getting away with shit because no one wants to "appear political" so instead they appear political by letting him do stuff that would get a normal person thrown in jail...

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think it's less that than nobody wants to give him a legitimate actual actionable reason to get a court case delayed or appealable. Everyone is going to extreme lengths so there can be no legitimate accusations of bias or railroading; they're erring on the side of being scrupulously fair to him, because he *will* appeal.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Contempt of court is not a reason for a delay or appeal. He is violating gag orders and other restrictions and yet not a thing is done.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He is currently getting away with several crimes...

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"Getting away with". He has half a billion in civil settlements, was in court today on a criminal charge, and has others lined up. He's wildly fucked, and he knows it. He didn't "get away" with much, he's just been successful in delaying justice, but that only goes so far.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He's threatening judges, DAs, jurors, and more with every post he makes

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have no idea how they're going to find a jury for this. Basically everyone has an opinion on Trump one way or the other.

2 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 2

Guilty of everything.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's gonna be a hung jury there not going to agree on a verdict. At least one mage fascist will make it in and cause a conflict.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Honestly if you're the kind of person who doesn't have feelings about Trump, I'm not sure that's the right kind of person for a jury...

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I can disagree. I think doing something like tapping the Amish community for this would be beneficial and justified. I'm not sure how legal it is.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It's not about whether or not people have an opinion, it's whether or not they can be impartial and focus on the facts of the case.

2 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

Here is what the judge told prospective jurors:
"[T]he purpose of jury selection is not to determine whether a prospective juror does or does not like one of the parties. Such questions are irrelevant because they do not go to the issue of the prospective juror's qualifications."
And of course Trump's lawyer Todd Blanche wasted no time in asking jurors their feelings about Trump. Already a couple of them pushed back at the question.

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Which will make this a sham trial as MAGA's don't care about facts and thus the jury will never be a jury of 'peers'. Check mate Brandon... /s

2 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

Yeah I'm afraid the trial won't go the way we want it to due to this reason.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I doubt a red hat who infiltrated the jury could cover their ass well enough. You take an oath as a juror, and if the other jurors see you attempting jury nullification there can be consequences.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Just read this today: One potential juror ruled out on Tuesday was a man who recently shared an AI-generated video of Trump saying “I’m dumb as fuck,” according to reporter Josh Kovensky of Talking Points Memo. The man had evidently tried to conceal his opinion of Trump during earlier questioning, per The New York Times, and protested that the video was only something he “reposted,” but Judge Juan Merchan dismissed him.

Think how difficult it would be holding back punching him in his face. Get cheeto powder all over your hand, but so satisfying

2 years ago | Likes 186 Dislikes 0

I'd be too busy holding my nose from the stench of his adderall diarrhea filled diaper.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

People use chopsticks to keep their hands clean when touching Cheetos. Do what you will with that info…

2 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Trump agreed not to go up to the sidebars and I guess security concerns were the deciding factor. https://twitter.com/KlasfeldReports/status/1780267141314355228

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yea that's the reason //s or because he would endlessly cry and whine and completely distract from adults trying to work

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Im surprised he hasnt been assaulted.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm assuming that will happen the first time he lands in prison. Assuming he lives long enough to make it through all the delays and postponements that his lawyers are throwing up.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Snort. He ain't going to prison.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Unfortunately, if he does get incarcerated it'll be in a 'prison' that's basically like a country club for rich gobshites guilty of white collar bullshit.
