Already standing far forward, slow approach means the front wheel dips before the back wheel’s off, tipping him even further over the handlebars by the time he lands. It also looks like he when he hits the ground he’s already at a weird angle? He may have lost his balance from hesitating as he crawled down the ramp.
He didn’t shift his weight back at all. Generally, when you do a drop like that on a mountain bike, you shift your weight back. Guy stayed in the same position he rolled down the ramp in which was a forward position. If your weight is too forward when you land, any number of bad things can happen. If you’re experienced enough, you can recover from it. But if not… it looks like he got bucked forward because of it and lost his footing Source: Am Mountain Biker

Not really flying. Flying requires lift. The skis deflect the wind to slow gravity's pull to the earth, but never creating lift greater than the pull of gravity.
The ski can act a little bit like wings and flaps on a glider. Given the skiers weight to ski size, speed and trajectory, if the wind is right, he could certainly get a bit of lift.
You can get a little lift from the skis but never enough to actually gain altitude, just to slow your fall a little, what we're seening there that looks like him climbing, is the ground "falling" at different rates, ie the landing is a little uneven. That jump was done on a course that was created just for his jump so it's not groomed and smoothed quite as much as a permanent ski jump usually would be. He's just xemo's paradoxing his way through the sky ;)
That makes sense. Don't get me wrong, those are the best orders for us because they only pay 4 dollars delivery even if it's far away. Super short distance non tippers are better than long distance with tip often.
