I forget the exact definition, but I think it's something along the lines of "registered users that have been logged in at least once in the last "x" days" with "x' being either 30,60, or 90. They don't say how many concurrent users which is how many are online at the same time.

never that many. Started using it around 2010 and made an account that i somehow forgot the name of while it was tied to a mail that got discontinued. It has been a lot more active than now but absolutely not up at 130 million active users ever. Sounds more like the kind of numbers where they say there's 130 million users overall and pretend all is active
