Locking them up is necessary, but insufficient. Arrest them, try them for treason, seize all of their assets for restitution, seize all of their devices for investigation to locate other traitors, and then either lock them up forever or just execute them.

They know they can't win in a fair election. They will lie, cheat, block, interfere, intimidate, suspend, and everything else they need to do to rig it in their favor. Line up for as long as it takes, ignore the intimidation, and vote Blue so overwhelmingly that it overcomes their cheating.

I'm a programmer, I've worked with the USPS before. The contractors and feds who are working on this *know* that what they're doing isn't appropriate. They should be, if not arrested, at least fined and barred from federal or state work in the future. The contractors on the death star knew what they were signing up for.
