Wheel locks are super easy to circumvent. There are sockets that are basically like EasyOuts that will pull them right out.

so is there some place where thieves take wheels and get them exchanged for money quickly? I imagine pawn shops would be suspicious... idk

well if the're aluminum rims then you could remove the tires and sell them, then beat up the rims so they look like crap (1/2)
