Well, you could just buy it, but you wouldn't end up with this delicious hunk of beast.

You'll need spices. Pepper, paprika. Onion and garlic powder, mustard, and coriander.

You'll also need a corned beef, which is a three week brining process that I may go into later.

Mix your rub.

Rub dat meat. Rub it good and plenty.

Hickory smoke from a cheap hot plate and some flower pots.

Smoke four hours, replacing chips every two.
