Could be colatura, a modern form of Roman Garum. A sauce made from fermented fish. Similar to nampla of southeast Asia.

I keep finding JNE italia nationale wine bottles but nothing that looks like that. So I’m assuming a wine, but must be rare.
ProfessorDumbass
Cannot find a matching bottle so it's rare. An area of Italy makes fish bottles. This might have been made to compete. Maybe $$$
Cuppyycaakes
Grouper whiskey?
Italian Grouper Whiskey.

Another tangental link: https://www.johndcook.com/blog/2013/01/10/rifle-shaped-wine-bottle/ Also, that looks like Rams Head more than fish

@OP found it! Vetreria Etrusca Glass Puffer Fish https://www.ebay.com/itm/203245366994
Apparently the company just makes the bottles so no idea what kinda toilet wine is in there
They also don't seem to make those style bottles anymore.
Does seem to be professionally sealed.
Maybe the old owners made it themselves?
Reckon you've got to try it once you finish moving in
Oh, damn it, I just noticed the UPC code. You might be able to look it up from that.
I'm getting old, I didn't notice that detail when I was looking at it from my phone.
