You have to go by psychological quality, and psychological quality is a very important element of it. These are various, very powerful tests that we put to use..." implying that minorities and women are not intelligent or psychologically capable of holding the positions they are being purged from and replaced by loyalist white males. RIF...Racism Incompetence and Fascism are the only real hallmarks of trump loyalist hires. RIF is embraced by the Republican Party, it is their core party requirement.
