#2 Do you expect us to drink unpurified babies? This isn't the 15th century. We're not living in the 3rd wold... well, I'm not... maybe you are. If you have the option to drink purified babies instead of unpurified, then why wouldn't you?

#50 No it's right, they really are important for pest control, secondary pollination and the food web. They are also bastards and I hate them, even more so now that I know they're useful and important. Smug fuckers.

#31 The future comes faster than we expect. I feel activists should get out ahead of what happens once it's no longer a matter of their body. Artificial wombs will exist, fertilized eggs onwards will be safely removable and growable into babies in vitro. What rules do we want, at that point? Currently, if you donate sperm even unintentionally, via a BJ, you're legally and financially a father. What do we want to be the parental status of someone who unintentionally donated an egg, then?

#31 in the US it can become a question of rights because there is no constitutional amendment protecting bodily autonomy. There should be. We need to pass it as an amendment. Or maybe toss out the whole stupid of constitution and write a new one with better democracy (seriously the electoral college?) (and is the Senate/House division actually helping anyone anymore?) and better defined rights.

#27 Because between the couch and the bed, there's the toothbrush with its "refreshing" minty toothpaste perking me up.

I'd like an evening toothpaste that gently brings me halfway into a temporary coma.
Maybe chocolate flavoured.

The pro-life will never see it that way. The moment nut happens, that might as well be a fully grown person with a job and drivers license. Anything that says otherwise is condoning/promoting murder in their (smooth) minds.

#14 when they protested for weekends, everyone got weekends. When they protested for suffrage, all women gained the right to vote. When they created fire, all man benefitted. When they started cancelling student loans, they told the millenials that had economically crippled themselves by putting every $ for the last decade into getting their loans paid off, at the expense of buying a home, investing, or doing anything else from 25-35 to fuck off, they’re loans were paid so they were fine.

2/ I’m happy AF that they’re cancelling student loans. I’m mad AF that people think you’re in the clear when you spent 22-35 never able to save or invest in your future because you had to get out from under them. Those of us who paid them off didn’t suddenly get 15 years of struggle equity because we got out from under one huge loan. My generation remains economically crippled and basically no one I know is saving for retirement, because instead of buying houses and locking in a mortgage

3/3 at 27-30 and saving for retirement through their 30’s, we fought college debt until midlife, can my afford houses, have no equity, and still can’t put anything into savings because our rent has tripled. We’re Generation Fucked and nobody is doing anything to help us out.
