They grow up so fast…

This hit hard. My boys are all grown up and being a new grandparent I try to tell my son how important those first years are, time you’ll never get back and easily half the pain of “empty nest” syndrome.

Luckily there are plenty more precious moments ahead that you don't have to dwell on your ability to carry your child for the last time.

I just miss the infant and toddler years. Not the blowout diapers and ear infection-triggered projectile vomit but little things. Reading books, discovering Star Wars for the first time. I’ll still get new things to cherish but just saw myself pining for the fjords of the long long ago.

I’ve specifically requested in my will to be put on an ice floe and pushed out to sea.

"Tonight: Police recovered a dead body that got caught in the water treatment plant. They are to believe the victim was on his way to a classical clown party based on his attire when drowned. Police have suspected the son allegedly may be involved in a life insurance fraud." - Local news station.

Vibranium doesn't exist, obsidian is brittle

Brittle doesn't mean it isn't hard though.

Obsidian is only about a 5 on the mineral hardness scale. That's not considered "hard".

Correct. But to be fair, what the other guy said is also technically correct. The best kind of correct.
