Actually, when actual journalists, who are subject to libel suits, have even insinuated an association with Epstein's crimes, Trump has sued. The reason he has not sued anyone for calling him a pedophile explicitly and directly is that no one subject to a libel or defamation suit has called him one. No actual journalists have, because they know they'd be sued for making an unproven accusation.
