A monstrosity of decadence we had on our recent trip to NOLA. From Drago's NOLA. Lobster Marco: A maine lobster stuffed with fresh sautéed shrimp and mushrooms in a delicate cream sauce over angel hair pasta. With a shit load of lump crab meat added on top.

Gods I miss NOLA. Went every year for at least a week or two between 1999 and 2019. Covid shut us down in 2020, and haven't had a chance to go back since.

It's a pretty cool place but fucking hell, the French Quarter sticks it too you. The Aquarium is pretty cool though.
