our rural maga county only has high school sports. it's often adults start fights with opposing team's parents. (opposing team only has parents to show up while home team has many non-parents/town residents attend). we work in the school district and get direct/exact info/details. the fighters get life ban from school property. but it still occurs often. these r rural maga/gop/trump supporters watching fox news, oan(ATT), newsmax where fighting/yelling is solution to life issues.

Reason fighting on ice looks scary is because they are on slippery blades and it's really hard to get a good punch in, BUT if you try to fight one of these guys when they have good footing... and teammates, you'll probably have a bad time.

I once watched a game where both teams got put in the box for fighting, both entire teams plus some off the bench. Learned they have special rules to keep the game going. Someone knocked out a ref and they couldn't tell who. Excellent game.
