That's subjective. From what I've gathered. The empire appears to be the true antagonists of 40K, every other faction holds a major grudge

I mean, Kill Team you kind of get any squad box and run them in the team. Chaos has some of the best kill teams though. Very customizable.

I actually don't know how Kill Team works in the newest edition. It's been awhile since I could afford playing.

That said, classically, terminators and helbrutes weren't allowed in Kill Team. The Chaos Marines in the box are as good as ever though.
