I like the idea of playing a mage in D&D, but I hate dealing with that many spell slots. Wish they'd bring psion over to 5e

I think at least half my 5e characters so far have been spellcasters, and most of those have been wizards. The diviner was particularly fun.

Psst, 3.5 Warlock has 5% of the spell slots and 80% of the power of Wizard, which means it's still as potentially as a fighter. Try jt
