I think it is mostly the baby blue. Wouldn't look all that bad in red. The bonnet is a bit strange, and there's quite a lot of black, but meh.

Lots of really weird style choices. "Fine" doesn't cut it when you are talking 20 years wages for most people or the cost of 10 cybertrucks. Anything short of amazing is going to be understandably (imo) mocked as these are supposed to be status symbols and showpieces, not practical cars.

If they design it, and it's ugly fewer people will want to buy it, then they can justify not building another version because the market clearly didn't want one.
It's a way to comply while giving them an excuse to not comply in the future.
