Americans are so Puritanical about bidets. Especially men… it’s really, really clean, what’s the issue? Oh, right, the stupid idea that this somehow makes you less manly
Japanese bidets are the best. My bottom lip still quivers when I recall my experience with them. Here in the Philippines, they pretty much just have the bum gun.
No bidet is good enough if you don't use your hand to actually wash your ass. That's like taking a piece of paper and putting it on your ass hoping it will do something.
After you use a bidet, you use paper to try things off (unless you have one of those really fancy Japanese bidets with an air dryer). Anyway, after using my bidet, never once has the paper used for drying had any poop on it. Not even a smudge.
Personally I am in the same boat as you, water spray alone doesn't do it -- I have IBS. But between that and a couple of rounds of paper, I can get the job done no matter what's happening to my ass. It has changed my life.
My bidet has a bunch of settings including a spray head that is motorized and back and forth, in addition to spray and bidet mode it also pressure washes if you want. It also heats the water and blow dries your butt. It's got an auto wash and dry mode as well. In addition the seat and water are heated and the water is double filtered. It doesn't talk to me though :(
They can be, because it's hard to get a brush behind them. You can still get everything pretty clean despite that. However, Luxe has a pretty recent model that flips up for easy cleaning. I should replace my old one with one of those.
I think the hand held ones are more difficult to clean. The other ones have a splash guard and you just turn it on and hold a washcloth over it and it provides its own water for cleaning.
I'd say give the other ones a try. Bullseye every time. Much, much better pressure. You don't have to reach back there which can be really helpful for people with mobility issues. The difference is night and day. You don't have to clean it every single time. It pretty much stays clean because of the pressure. And it's nearly instant. Like 3 seconds is all you need but I always go 10 or more because I like it.
Oh I feel ya. The one I used at my gfs old place, now wife, was alwayss high pressure. She had an external one. But traveling in Greece for our honey moon we stayed at places which had both. I wouldnt clean it everytime tho. Prob if it was my bathroom once a week

They should do one where Cornholio expiriences the bidet, since he has no TP for his bunghole.

I think you are supposed to use it on your butt instead of your lips/mouth.

You are completely incorrect.

My bidet could peel led paint off a 56 Chevy.

Does it have the play music options?

You are definitely not using the correct bidet then.

I got a bidet in early 2025. Never going back.

yeah, would not.make much sense to go back to 2025. I would rather go back to 1992 or so,

I prefer the little hand bidets like a shower head that are external from the bowl. I feel like the inside toilet units would be a bit harder to clean
