Hanzo ult has 2 parts. He shoots an arrow that after a few meters transforms to the dragon. Genji can deflect the arrow but not the dragon.

Widow beat him at long range and at close she has an assualt rifle. Hanzos close range is a whole cooldown.

They didn't completely revert. They reverted projectile hit boxes, the character hit boxes are still the same

Problem is that the hitboxes on most of the heroes are shit. The most accurate hitbox in the game is Reinhardts barrier.

The hitboxes aren't shit. They're intentionally large because the game is not a twitch shooter and team play is more important than twitch.
