Abdominal pain is common post vasectomy, scrotal pain is much less common, especially several days later.

I went to Planned Parenthood for mine. My insurance is super shitty, so it was almost $600. Definitely worth it though.

I had an additional surgery besides the vasectomy so it took 6 hours including all the prep and waiting. So i would imagine it would be 3 hr
