But, finding the dangerous illegals is actually hard, it takes legitimate police work, and ICE isn't trained for that. They're not "everywhere" or flagrant as the right wing propaganda says they are, because, you know, they're lying.
So, ICE goes after -anyone who looks the part- instead.

In fact, the term was so unused that my dad who grew up in the USSR had never even heard of the term before. There isn't anything wrong with using that term, but I thought it was interesting.
