I couldn't say whether or not she was trying to run someone over, more than likely she wasn't and just trying to escape law enforcement but unfortunately there was an officer in the path of her vehicle when she tried to drive away and endangered that officer giving them legal grounds of self defense that will likely stick in court. People if you are dealing with law enforcement you need to be smart about it. Know your rights don't do stupid stuff and don't say sh*t without a lawyer.

As someone who has spent several thousand hours working in traffic: You NEVER stand directly in front of or behind a vehicle with someone at the wheel. Cops, tow truck drivers, construction workers, all know this. On the rare occasions that you're in that position, the only thing you're focused on is your EXIT. He drew that gun because he wanted to shoot someone, not because he was worried about his safety.

There was no police officer in the path of her vehicle when she was shot. When she was shot she had already turned away from the cop and was driving past him when he murdered her in retribution for trying to flee. He also showed up to the scene concealing his identity which is an indication that he was there to commit a crime. A competent prosecutor would absolutely get a murder conviction. The only reason cops get away with claiming self defense when people drive by them is corrupt prosecutors.

The only 'evidence' given of her 'hitting them' is an AI video shared by someone trying to fight against the FOUR angles in which NONE of them are hit. One ICE Agent asked her to move her car, another demanded she get out of the car the moment she started moving, she was complying with the first order. The agent is seen moving forward with the car in order to dip his gun in to shoot her in the head. You also don't fucking execute people for 'running away'.

The moment they tried to order her from her vehicle, which they pull up on, and immediately demand she exit the vehicle... they committed a crime. She, having no reason to listen to them, attempted to leave, hitting nobody you liar, and they pulled a gun and killed her for disobeying them, then made up a defense claim to cover their asses.
