Any military historians on imgur?

I've come into a small collection of World War I artifacts from my great grandfather's service in France and Germany. The only problem is that I do not know what the ribbon on the right side is. I know that the left one is a WWI victory medal with three campaign stars. Can anyone help me prove what the right ribbon is?

I'm a high school teacher who plans to bring these artifacts to my students, so I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you in advance!
