There's security cam video from down the street showing the ICE agents pulled alongside his van and turned into him. They initiated contact by the vehicles and at that point I have no doubt he was scared as hell and just trying to get out of there, not ram anyone.

The 'enforcers' regularly attack anyone who films them, they also 'accidently' turn off body cams so their word can't be contested in court. 'He violently back walked towards me from fifty feet away, so we had to defend ourselves from a violent 12 YO by shooting him in the back 17 times!'... 'Your Honor, we have independant video of...' This is why we record every single interaction with ICE and law enforcement in general. Even captured they will lie and get away with it, but at least they can't sweep it completely under the rug if there's visual evidence

This one time in Basic Training, we had to transport our CPT as a prisoner of war. We had blanks and locks on our weapons. He (in his chatacter) fought back and i "shot" him. It was blanks but I still fired my weapon. He stopped the training exercise right then calling me a dumbass because I just shot my battle buddy. It was to show us and train us properly to keep calm and be prepared, not trigger happy. Dudes be out there acting like they're in GTA.

According to what I heard earlier today, all 3 witnesses, despite being kept apart (preventing them from coordinating on a story), are all saying the same thing.
Also, ICE is trying to force all 3 to self deport NOW. Which is not something you do if you’re trying to get to the bottom of what happened. It’s what you do if you’re trying to cover up a murder. Again.

Yeah, law enforcement are taught not to cross in front of cars, especially when you know the engine is on. ICE are made up of people who have that training (and ignore it) and people who don't have that training (and aren't going to get it). The "I crossed in front of your vehicle and that made me feel unsafe so I shot you" trick is 100% intentional.

It was a memo that was distributed early on and they explicitly stated to get ib front of the vehicle and claim this. Shit, video evidence showed the officer nowhere near the front as they yelled at her to drive away and murdered her anyway. Still nothing happened to that guy.
